This a good read on writing an audio description for Aliens. Includes a justified use of the word “ovipositor”.

This sounds both fun – especially describing the aliens and the meaning of Ripley driving a forklift truck – and tortuous. If I was 30 years younger and doing my English degree I’d maybe go on about how the writing helps the reading of Cameron’s text.
