@leonp The NHS part of this whole process was fantastic – quick, efficient, friendly. The other, contracted out parts, weren’t – the actual booking system, for example.
God Bless the NHS, give all its employees a 15% pay increase and get rid of all the vulture contractors surrounding it 💪🏼
